Apple Vs. Google: A cold war between operating systems

The software that runs the iPads and iPhones of Apple, which is the latest version of iOS, may become more essential for the things that were removed compared to the stuff that were added.

There are two formerly built-in Google applications, which were important to the former versions of the operating system referred being as Youtube and Google Maps. The search capability of Google still remains, however, the Siri feature which is the voice-based personal assistant offer another method of looking for more information.

In addition to this, there is a new application for Apple named Passbook that symbolizes a ‘toe-in-the-water’ of mobile charges. This is something that Google has intensively pursuing along with the feature of Google Wallet.

In other words, iOS 6 feels like a key improvement and more like another front in the increasingly bitter war between Apple and the Android OS of Google, while the new iOS gives several new tricks in this industry.

The new operating system is pre-installed on the new iPhone as well and is available as free download for previous models of iPhone, iPod, and iPad.
