Quoting several sources, Kara Swisher of All Things D open the date on Tuesday. Although a place has not been mentioned, it is anticipated to be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, where preceding Apple media events have been held.
Specified that the event is a small over a week away, Apple is anticipated to give out invitations to the event shortly. Other information on the event, as well as possible details on the alleged “iPad 2,” was not known.
