Windows mobile on the go for the holiday season

Steve Ballmer, the CEO for Microsoft, has revealed three gadgets to arrive at Verizon in the months of November and December. These are namely Nokia Lumia 822, Samsung ATIV Odyssey, and HTC 8X.

According to the biggest carrier in the country, Verizon, Microsoft is getting more comfortable with them, especially that it will be offering three Windows Phone 8 gadgets for the next two months.

Ballmer announced that Verizon will release new devices such as Nokia Lumia 822 with a price of $99 and HTC 8X for $199. FOr December, it will be offering Samsung ATIV Odyssey.

On the other hand, T-Mobile will be offering HTC 8X and Lumia 810, while AT&T will have Windows Phone 8X, Lumia 820, and Lumia 920.

Right now, Microsoft is putting much confidence on its new version of mobile operating system to help it have better competition with the iOS of Apple and Android software of Google. The company has been relying on its BlackBerry, which ranks in third behind Apple and Google.
